Kirk Cousins led the Atlanta Falcons to a last-minute 22-21 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, overcoming early doubts about his performance. Cousins' crucial 7-yard touchdown to Drake London with 34 seconds left sealed the win. Saquon Barkley's late drop forced the Eagles to settle for a field goal, giving Cousins enough time to capitalize on a soft defense. Despite tearing his Achilles tendon last year, Cousins managed 241 yards and two touchdowns. Jalen Hurts, who threw an interception in his final attempt, had put the Eagles ahead earlier with a 1-yard touchdown. The Eagles, now 1-1, were without top receiver A.J. Brown due to injury.
