Los Angeles Rams News & Updates

For the first time since the opening week of the season, both Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua were on the field as the Los Angeles Rams claimed a 30-20 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Rams coach Sean McVay hopes to keep this lineup moving forward amid discussions that the team had thought about trading Kupp.

Kupp, who had been sidelined since spraining his ankle in the second week, made five catches totaling 51 yards and scored a touchdown. Nacua led the charge with seven receptions for 106 yards. McVay mentioned he heard reports that Nacua might be able to play despite his injury, and Nacua decided to test his readiness, proving he was prepared to contribute.

With Kupp and Nacua back, the offense gained a new level of energy. McVay noted the strong connection between Kupp and Stafford as well as between Nacua and Stafford. He commended their significant influence on the game and highlighted their preparedness.

The Rams achieved their highest score of the season with 30 points, ending a series of games with lower scores. While McVay celebrated the whole team's effort in securing the win, he highlighted the enthusiasm and impact brought by the return of Kupp and Nacua.
