The Golden State Warriors achieved their fifth consecutive win by defeating the Philadelphia 76ers with a score of 118-113. Stephen Curry was the leading scorer for the Warriors with 30 points, with Klay Thompson contributing 28 and Draymond Green adding 20 points.
On the other side, the 76ers were led by Joel Embiid, who scored 34 points and grabbed 15 rebounds. James Harden chipped in with 27 points and Tyrese Maxey added 20.
The Warriors took control of the game right from the beginning, establishing a 60-51 lead by halftime. The 76ers made a strong comeback in the third quarter, narrowing the gap to 88-84 going into the final quarter.
During the fourth quarter, the Warriors managed to distance themselves once more, with Curry and Thompson contributing a combined 23 points. Although the 76ers mounted a late challenge, the Warriors secured the victory.
A key moment came when Curry scored a three-pointer with 5:18 left, giving the Warriors a 110-102 advantage, which they expanded to 116-108 with one minute remaining. Embiid scored a jumper to close the gap to five, but Curry sealed the game by making a free throw.
As a result of this victory, the Warriors improved their season record to 25-6, while the 76ers fell to 20-13.
